We attended Mardi Gras at the beginning of March and had a great time. I decided to write a series of articles on Mardi Gras and point them to my Cooking New Orleans Style recipe website. The response was tremendous. Too bad I started writng the articles in February right before Mardi Gras. I did not realize so many people would be interested.
