We attended Mardi Gras at the beginning of March and had a great time.  I decided to write a series of articles on Mardi Gras and point them to my Cooking New Orleans Style recipe website.  The response was tremendous.  Too bad I started writng the articles in February right before Mardi Gras.  I did not realize so many people would be interested.  My two favorite are Mardi Gras King Cake – The Royal Tradition of the King Cake Continues and  Mardi Gras Doubloons – Throw Me Somthing Mister .   Check out the articles if you have a chance!
